We understand that there may come a time when you need to cancel a Reservation, and we aim to make the cancellation and reservation change process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to cancel or change your Reservation, we offer the possibility of a refund only for cancellations requested more than 90 days prior to the trip date. However, no refund is guaranteed unless Drift Boat Tarpon Club (DBTC) is able to rebook the slot before the trip date. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, such as through Global Rescue, which is an industry standard.

Conditions of Reservation Change or Cancellation

Trip booking policy: 50% non-refundable deposit, 100% due 90 days prior to the trip. Trip cancellation policy: No refunds unless DBTC can rebook the slot before the trip date. Buy trip cancellation insurance at Global Rescue. This is the industry standard.

Reservation Change Process

To change a reservation, email us at info@driftboattarponclub.com with your Reservation Change request and backup option, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
